Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

We ship across India. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and may range from 3-7 business days.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nirvrittichocolates.store with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
